YOU SHOULD FEEL CONFIDENT

  • 01

    Before signing a construction contract.

  • 02

    Before approving a change order.

  • 03

    Before purchasing an investment property.

  • 04

    Before beginning construction.

Be better prepared and get an independent opinion.

What Brings People Here

Most calls start with one of these.

  • “I received three bids and they're nowhere near each other.”

  • “The budget came back a lot higher than I planned for.”

  • “I'm about to sign the contract and I'd like another set of eyes on it.”

  • “My contractor sent over a change order and it's a big number.”

  • “I'm buying a place and I need to know what the work will really cost.”

  • “I've read the proposal twice and I still can't tell what's included.”

If one of those sounds like where you are right now, a short conversation is usually enough to tell you whether you have a real problem or just a question.

Who We Help

The people who ask first.

Homeowners

You're planning a renovation, addition or new home and you'd like to understand the cost and the contract before you commit.

Builders & Remodelers

You want a second read on your estimate and scope, so the gaps show up now instead of halfway through the job.

Real Estate Investors

You need a realistic number for the work and the time it will take before you close on the property.

Property Owners

You want to know whether the work being recommended is necessary, and what it should reasonably cost.

Developers

You need an experienced second opinion before committing to the next step.

Commercial & Institutional

You need clear, defensible answers before making an important project decision.

How We Help

What you walk away with.

01

Estimate & Bid Reviews

Know whether the number in front of you is fair, and whether the bids you're comparing are actually for the same job.

02

Scope Reviews

See in plain terms what you're buying, what you aren't, and what will come back later as an extra.

03

Constructability Reviews

Find the conflicts while they're still on paper, instead of on the day the walls are open.

04

Preconstruction Advisory

Start with a budget and a schedule you can actually hold to, and a contingency sized for your building.

05

Owner Representation

Have someone in the meetings who reads the drawings, the pay applications and the change orders for you.

06

Project Risk Assessments

Identify the risks before they become expensive surprises.

Why Independent

Every project deserves an independent perspective.

Your contractor

Prices the job and builds it. That's the work — reviewing his own number for you isn't part of it.

Your architect

Decides how the space looks and works. What it costs to build, and how it goes together in the field, sits outside that role.

Your inspector

Confirms the work meets code. Whether it meets what you agreed to pay for is a different question entirely.

  • We don’t sell construction.
  • We don’t sell materials.
  • We don’t earn commissions.
  • We don’t receive referral fees.

You get one opinion with nothing riding on it.

Straight answers about your project, and what we’d do if it were ours. Whether you need an independent opinion before signing a contract or ongoing guidance throughout construction, we’re here from start to finish.

Experience Behind the Advice

15 years of real construction experience.

Rebolo Construction Consultants was founded by Justin Rebolo to bring practical, real-world construction experience directly to homeowners, builders, investors and property owners.

Over the past 15 years, Justin's experience has grown from working directly in the field to overseeing complex construction operations throughout New England. That experience includes project planning, budgeting, constructability, scheduling, trade coordination, field operations and project leadership across projects of all sizes.

Having spent his career on the construction side of the table, Justin understands how a project actually comes together — where costs can get away from you, where scopes leave room for interpretation, what can create problems in the field, and which questions should be answered before you commit.

RCC was created to put that experience to work for the client. Whether you're planning an addition to your home, comparing contractor proposals, considering an investment property or dealing with a larger construction project, the goal is the same: give you a knowledgeable second set of eyes and help you make a better-informed decision.

No sales agenda. No construction contract waiting at the end. Just practical, independent advice.
